I saw a movie trailer for Ben Stein’s movie, “Expelled“. How many people, I wonder, are as ignorant as I am about what is going on in our educational, scientific, and government institutions? Why are the Darwinist’s afraid to debate, or at least openly discuss the issues?
The fact is they have nothing to debate with. Every argument is theoretical supposition and all or their so called evidence is purely circumstantial. Their own scientific law debunks the very heart of Darwinism. I am sure that someone can explain these in such a scientific way that it will make sense to the Darwinist, but, to a “simpleton” as I, they don’t make sense.
Conservation principle – For physical quantities, it states that something can neither be created nor destroyed. It is merely changed from one form to another. (question: where did the first “something” come from?)
Causality Principle - The principle that cause must always precede effect. Therefore, if the effect was the beginning of life, what was the cause?
There are more, but frankly I am confusing myself trying to read them.
The core of my thought is this: How can something begin out of nothing? This question of course leads to the question of “Where did God come from”. The answer is, “I don’t know”. I don’t claim to know. But I am willing to admit that my understanding is superficial at best. I cede knowledge to God. What are the Darwinist ceding their knowledge to?
Finally, back to the original point, why are they afraid of differing opinions? It would seem that anyone who disagrees with them is shunned in the scientific world, a world that is supposed to be founded on a quest for the truth. The truth is, they are afraid of the truth and would rather propagate their lie than face the possibility that they may be wrong. This is at the very least bad science, and ultimately bad news for all of us.
